Our Household systems are shipped via fedex from Georgia USA. They are shipped to arrive at your door in 5-7 business days for smaller systems, 7-10 business days for larger systems. We will send a fedex tracking number via email once they are shipped. Household systems include anything that is not a gravity filter, propur, large whole house or water cooler.
Large whole house systems & Water Coolers
Our Large whole house systems and water coolers are shipped via freight. They take 10 - 14 business days to arrive. When placing the order please provide a working phone number to reach you. The freight company will call you to schedule a delivery.
Our gravity/propur systems including the fluoride pitcher will ship to arrive in 5-7 business days via UPS. They are shipped from the warehouse in Michigan. We will send a UPS tracking number via email once these ship.
Free shipping is available for replacement cartridges of our household systems shipped within the USA. This also includes replacement cartridges for our large whole house and water coolers. Free shipping does not apply to gravity/propur systems including the fluoride pitcher. Unless otherwise stated during a promotion.
An international order is any order being shipped outside of the continental USA. We calculate shipping on a per order basis and ship via USPS to your local postal service. Please place the order on the site as is. We will not charge any shipping at checkout. Within 2-3 business days we will email you an invoice for the shipping costs for your order. If, at that point, the cost is too much or you no longer wish to proceed with the order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will cancel and refund the order. If you would like a shipping quote before placing the order please email us at email@example.com with a zip code/postal code and the product(s) you wish to order and we will get you the quote.

We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all of our products. You must contact us before shipping the product back at email@example.com. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. The customer is also responsible for shipping the product back.
