Mixed bed DI industrial grade cartridges are a useful tool used with water that is high in mineral content and provides it at the exact point of use. Deionized/demineralized water is used in industrial applications such as circuit board manufacturing and in laboratories where ion-free water is needed. Deionized/demineralized water is not normally used for drinking water use.
