CRYSTAL QUEST Undersink Replaceable Triple Fluoride Water Filter System is dependable and built to last for years and effectively removes  FLUORIDE, SEDIMENT and hundreds of contaminants from water

Over the past ten years a large body of peer-reviewed science has raised concerns that fluoride may present unreasonable health risks, particularly among children, at levels routinely added to tap water in American cities. ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING GROUP, July 2005.

Fluoride (F-) is a common constituent of many minerals. Municipal water treatment plants commonly add fluoride to the water for prevention of tooth decay, and they try to maintain a level of 1.5 - 2.5 mg/l. Concentrations above 5 mg/l are detrimental to tooth structure. High concentrations are contained in waste water from the manufacture of glass and steel, as well as from foundry operations. Organic fluorine is present in vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Inorganic fluorine, under the name of sodium fluoride, is a waste product of aluminum and is used in some rat poisons. The MCL established for drinking water by the US EPA is 4 mg/l.

Fluoride found in ground water happens naturally from the breakdown of rocks and soils or weathering and deposition of atmospheric volcanic particles. Fluoride can also come from runoff and infiltration of chemical fertilizers in agricultural areas, septic and sewage treatment system discharge in communities with fluoridated water supplies, and liquid waste from industrial sources.

*These Fluoride Systems and Media will accommodate for fluoride removal from municipal water that consists of inorganic fluoride. If fluoride is organic or from natural water sources such as a well please speak with a PureWaterFreedom.com Associate for system recommendation.

Water travels through 8 stages of filtration

  • In stage 1,water travels through a a solid carbon cartridge for removing volatile organic carbon compounds (VOC's, insecticides, pesticides and industrial solvents). Provides (12-18 months) of quality safe and pure water.
  • In stage 2water flows through a FLUORIDE REMOVAL cartridge containing Fluoride Charcoal Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC). This media is specifically designed to have a high affinity for Fluoride, Lead and Arsenic. It removes metals through a mixture of adsorption and chemical reaction with the media; therefore, the elimination is not reliant on ion exchange. It has a uniform particle size, is physically stable and can be used over a wide pH range. Capacity: 4500 ppm Fluoride (Avg. 1000 to 1500 Gallons). As high as 11000 ppm F+ with effluent levels below 0.2 ppm from 10 ppm F+ feed.
  • Then water travels through a 6-stage cartridge that removes hundreds of contaminants from water. Provides (1-3 years) of quality safe and pure water.
  • Recommended flow rate: below 0.5 GPM

  1. I strongly recommend this filter to anyone Review by Matt
    Rating

I purchased the undersink triple fluoride filter a month ago and love it. The difference in the smell and taste of the tap water is night and day after filtered. I would venture to say that my filtered tap water tastes better than the dollar a gallon spring water I have been drinking for the last six years. This filter will save me an average of $500 a year since I no longer need to buy bottled water. The filter system is made in America and I installed it in less than an hour. I strongly recommend this filter to anyone who enjoys pure and odorless drinking water. (Posted on 7/11/2014)

  2. Clean drinking water is the foundation for good health, and this system delivers! Review by Tom Steidel
    Rating

After reading a myriad of reviews on a number of undersink water filtration systems, we settled upon this one. The criteria that ruled out other systems, and left this model as the only viable alternative, included the removal of volatile organic carbon compounds (VOCs), insecticides, pesticides, cysts, micro-organisms, heavy metals, bacterial, fungi, scale and, of course, chlorine and fluorides. Clean drinking water is the foundation for good health, and this system delivers! We've relied exclusively on it for several years, having abandoned bottled water that is more costly, more troublesome, and most probably sold in plastic containing Bis-Phenol Acetate, a proven health hazard. I don't hesitate to rate this system most highly, and to recommend it to all of my friends. (Posted on 9/29/2012)

  3. The water tastes great and I know that my family is drinking the purest safest water possible. Review by Chris Langenegger

We Love the taste of our water. Thank you for a great product. It was easy to install under the sink and ready to work in almost no time at all. The water tastes great and I know that my family is drinking the purest safest water possible. Thanks. Chris Langenegger Austin, TX (Posted on 9/27/2012)

  4. I'm delighted with the purchase. Review by Kirk Hoefler

This was well worth the cost. Much better than my carbon filtration system I had before. The water tastes great! The installation is heavy duty; something you would expect for a commercial install. It was a little larger than I expected and took more work to get it to fit in my under the sink than I was expecting but was worth the effort. I'm delighted with the purchase. (Posted on 9/13/2011)
