DISAPPOINTING. Dried out my hair! Bring back the fluoride filter please!

I had outstanding results with the fluoride filter, so when I found out it had been discontinued, I confidently purchased two of the luxury filters, assuming they would match—or even exceed—the quality. Unfortunately, that assumption couldn’t have been more off. This shower filter has left my hair drier than any product I’ve ever used, and that’s saying a lot. To make matters worse, the return period has passed, leaving me with two expensive showerheads that are completely useless. What a waste of money!

Works great!

Our water was tested at 9.5 Nitrates and we put in this Nitrate water filter and we had our water tested again and came back at 5.0 so we were happy. Plus easy to install and easy to switch from filtered to non filtered water so you don't have to use the filter all the time. The water flow from the filtered and nonfiltered faucet is slower but still works fine. The difference doesn't bother me. I am very very happy with this filter and would recommend it to anyone that wants to filter out Nitrates!

Fantastic Filter System!

I knew that my old system needed replacing and so I hunted for an upgrade and this was definitely the right choice. This is a fantastic filter system. I can smell the difference in the water. I can taste it and my dogs and cats seem to like it better, too! I had some highly skilled plumbers install it, and it took them the better part of a day, but the end result was wonderful. I highly recommend this filtration system!

A Very Nice Replacement for the Discontinued ProOne - Highly Recommend!

As fate would have it, when I needed to reorder filters for my ProOne pitchers and found they weren't available, that was my signal to replace that pitcher, something I'd been considering for a while, particularly because of the small eternity it took to filter a pitcher of water. I chose to stick with PWF because they're a company that I trust, and while my water took way, WAY too long to filter with the former pitcher model, I loved that my water tasted and smelled great, that so many chemicals, including fluoride, were removed, and that the filters only needed replacing every 6 months. This new SMART pitcher is even better. First off, the filtration time is between 10 and 15 minutes. Granted, it's slightly smaller than the former pitcher but still holds at least 2500 ml, which is around 84.5 ounces, and that's more than enough for my daily drinking needs. The slightly lower capacity also makes it easier to lift the pitcher, and the lid design is much better as well, without the need to remove the lid to fill the pitcher. I also appreciated that I could chat with my 20-zillion questions before making the decision to purchase. There were 3 very nice color options. I chose black, and, it just has to be said, this is one very sleek and sexy water pitcher! Highly recommend!

A Must Have

With today’s impurities in municipal water, you need a good filter to reduce/eliminate contaminants. I have used this system before and I am happy with it. I change filter cartridges every six months or a year, depending on consumption level. I bought a different faucet for aesthetic but the included spigot works well too.

I absolutely love this shower head. The water pressure is perfect. Feels like I’m getting a deep tissue massage. My skin and hair are softer. Where I live there is a lot of hard water and my skin and hair were SUFFERING! This was very easy to put together. I’m happy with my shower head/filter
